Role: Analytics & SEO | Campaign Manager
Department: Media
Reporting to: Head of Services/Agency Performance Lead
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Overview:
Responsible for executing campaigns that fall outside the original scope, as outlined in the client-approved media plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with our target audience and business goals.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.
- Technical SEO: Analyze website technical aspects, such as site structure, XML sitemaps, and mobile-friendliness, to ensure it is optimized for search engines.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses target audience needs and interests.
- Link Building: Implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Financial reporting using the CSS agency.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Education, skills and behaviours:
- Native Romanian;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- 4+ years of experience on a similar role
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics…).
- Numerate and analytical;
- Proficient in English;
- PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work independently
